Frozen Hazelnut Mousse

I am a lover of all things hazelnut, so it probably comes as no surprise that I have a slight addiction to Nutella. Yummm... I can happily eat that stuff with a spoon. I used to have this little chocolate cookbook years ago, one of those dollar cheapies you can pick up at the newsagents. It had the most amazing dessert in it - frozen hazelnut mousse.

I had been craving this recently but with all our moves over the years, the cookbook is nowhere to be found :-( That didn't stop me however - I slightly altered this Donna Hay chocolate mousse recipe in an attempt to recreate this tasty dessert and I'm pleased to report that it was a winner!

Enjoy :-)

  4. Also, I have a quick question. The tulip fields you visited, were those at Keukenhof? We are going there in a few months and just curious if thats where you took those amazing photos.

If you start expanding your Dutch vocabulary to anything related to sweets and chocolate, you'll be able to try all the recipes in August!
