Toddler approved: savoury muffins

Mr Oliver has recently entered the picky eating phase. I'm sure it could be worse, but he fusses over his vegetables like never before and is constantly requesting treat treat treat. I prefer that he doesn't consume too many processed snacks, so I've been testing out some more nutrient packed morning & afternoon teas: hello, savoury muffins!

These are most definitely toddler approved! They're not only full of vegetables, but cheesy & tasty and haven't been refused yet... Although, I'm sure that day will come - one day he loves something, the next he throws it across the room. Ahhh, the joys of toddlerhood!

Enjoy!!!

  3. Mmmm, these sound good. We're going to have to try these. I may even make mini-savory muffins. (The boys seem to like the bite sized muffins). Thanks for sharing.

  4. Wonderful! I've been looking for something like this for Judah... he loves his Happy Munchies baked organic cheese/kale/broccoli corn puff snacks but they are processed have too much sodium for my liking. Hopefully this will be an acceptable substitute for his picky little self!
